Q: I am not a registered user. How do I register?
A: We have made the registration form as simple to use as possible and have given relevant instructions on how to fill the fields. And on the plus side, registration is FREE.

Q: I am registered but cannot access my account. What do I do?
A: There are several reasons that may prevent you from accessing your account. One of them is that you may have not activated your account. The other is that you may have forgotten your username or password.

Q: If I have not activated my account, what should I do?
A: After registering, the system sends you an email with your activation code and details on how to activate your account. Some mail providers may put this email in spam so you should also check there for the activation email. You can ask to be resent the activation details to your account. If you cannot find the email at all, contact us and we will send the email to you.

Q: I have forgotten my username, what should I do?
A: If you can't remember your username but can remember your email, use the reset password form to have your password reset and your username sent to your email.

Q: If I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
A: You can use the login form to have your password reset and sent to your email address. Due to the high encryption system we use to encrypt passwords, it is not possible to retrieve your password so the system generates a new password for you and sends it to your email address.

Q: Can't remember my email or username. What to do?
A: Now that's a toughie. We atleast need one of the two to retrieve your information for you. If you have forgotten both, we are sorry but you will just have to register a new account. Look on the bright side, registration is FREE!
